The Residents' Association (RA) of Manjalara 62B Segambut has successfully organized their annual Chinese New Year Open House at their community hall and field today.  The event, despite after heavy down pour was attended by over 400 members of the RA together with their families. Also present are Dr.Wong Ruen Yuan, State Secretary of Parti Gerakan Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, RA Chairman Mr Pee Chu Seng and Treasurer Mr C.T. Lee.

Dr.Wong in his speech gives high recognition to the efforts engaged by the committees and members of the RA, he described, we can spend a million to buy a house, yet, to have good neighbours is what we can get most. Therefore, he sincerely hope that such tradition will be continued to promote better interactions and foster good relationship between neighbours in the community.
 
At the same time, Dr Wong, on the request of the RA members, agreed to help the RA to liaise with DBKL to reflect the residents’ needs including the need to cover the many potholes within the Taman's road and trees trimmings.  Dr Wong, humbly request the residents to give their feed backs towards Gerakan's performance. " If we are not good enough please let us know so that we can improve. But if you are pleased with our service, please tell your friend", said Dr.Wong.
